FREE-CEPTION

Dear Amelia,

Do you realise that the word 'FREE' is taking advantage of you? Doesn't matter if it's a limited edition Coca-Cola glass, free samples of 5 grams body lotion, an eco-friendly tote bag, a cheap ball pen or a packet of tissue paper. FREE always get you to smile. You will laugh. You will dance. You will roll.

And then you'll unconsciously reach out to your purse and pull out those cash. No further thoughts on when or how you will use the product you are actually buying. That moment was beautiful because you thought it's WORTH it.

Until you bring them home and never see the sight of them ever again. Most probably being left at the corner of your room, and never been used. So babe, don't let that happen again. Most of the time, free lunch leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
