THE LUSCIOUS RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD


Dear Amelia,

You cannot resist nasi lemak, laksa or tomyam. Neither can you resist chicken chop, pasta nor burgers. I understand it is impossible for you to say no to these heavenly mouth-watering meals. However, please be aware of your bloating tummy. Increasing waistlines not only look indecent, it might kill you as well.

I am not saying that you should 'break up' with all these delicious cuisines. Just take some time to evaluate what you eat. Include healthy meals with 'real' vegetables and fruits into your diet. A healthy diet doesn't mean tasteless food 24/7. You can still enjoy your favourite dishes occasionally. Absence makes the heart grows fonder. Trust me, you'll find them tastier this way.

    1. Good idea! Perhaps if I eat oats, then I can enjoy nasi lemak more often. It balance up, doesn't it? :D
